PaidCorrectly Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of PaidCorrectly, operated by Michael Quintero, 119 Preston Park Dr, Duluth, GA 30096-8813. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What PaidCorrectly is
PaidCorrectly is a calculator. It applies the plan terms you enter to the deal numbers you enter, compares the result with what you say your statement shows, and shows the math. Results are estimates based only on your inputs.
PaidCorrectly isn't legal, tax or financial advice, and it isn't a law firm. It can't say what you must be paid or whether a claim would succeed. Using it doesn't create an attorney–client relationship. For advice about your situation, talk to a licensed employment attorney or your state's labor department.
2. Your inputs
- You're responsible for what you enter, including whether it matches your signed plan, your contract and your company's records. If your inputs are wrong or incomplete, the results will be too.
- Don't enter confidential employer or customer information you aren't allowed to share. Use labels like "Deal 1" instead of names.
- How we handle your inputs is explained in our Privacy Policy.
3. No guarantee of accuracy
We work to make the calculations correct, but the site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that results are complete, error-free or right for your situation, or that the site will always be available. Laws and official sources we link to can change; check the official text before relying on it.
4. Price and payment
The full report isn't on sale yet. Payments aren't switched on, so the payment terms below apply once they are.
- The free check costs nothing.
- The full report costs $79, one-time. It's not a subscription and nothing renews. You pay on Stripe's secure page. Sales tax, if any, is shown on the payment page before you pay.
- The report appears in your browser tab after payment. We don't keep a copy, so save it as a PDF if you want it later.
5. Acceptable use
Don't:
- break the law or anyone else's rights using the site;
- try to break, overload, probe or get around the site's security;
- scrape, copy or resell the site, its results or its content in bulk, or use automated tools to do so;
- enter information you aren't allowed to share, or anything harmful (such as malware);
- pretend to be someone else, or use the site to harass anyone.
We may block access if you do.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its software, text and design belong to Michael Quintero or its licensors. You may use the site and your own report for your personal purposes. Your inputs remain yours.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows: we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on results; and our total liability to you for any claim about the site or a report is limited to [liability cap amount]. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Changes don't apply to a purchase you made before the change.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be heard in [venue: courts where disputes are heard], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.
